Welcome to ZeeDee English Speaking & Soft Skills Training Center! By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully. These terms may be updated from time to time, so kindly review them periodically. Thank you for choosing us for your learning journey!

Upon enrolling in any course offered by ZeeDee English Speaking & Soft Skills Training Center, the student agrees to pay the specified course fee. Full payment must be completed within the first 50% of the course duration. If the student fails to complete the payment within this timeline, the institute reserves the right to deny access to further classes or sessions until pending dues are cleared.
Once Enrolled with us and even attended the single batch Refund won’t be Provided Under any circumstances. If in case you have enrolled with us and due to some reason, you aren’t able to attend the batch in such cases the refund policy is applicable.
A refund may be requested within 3 days of making the initial payment. To request a refund, the student must Send an email to our official institute email with the subject: “Refund Request” –Provide Appropriate reason for requesting a refund
After receiving the refund request, our team will review eligibility as per policy. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
A Student Must be Present Physically and Mentally in the sessions. Students are responsible for attending classes regularly and participating actively in all learning activities, assignments, and practice sessions.
They must ensure that all personal information provided during enrolment is accurate and kept up to date. Students are required to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, class links, study materials, and any resources provided by the institute.
Sharing course content, recordings, or access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited. Learners are expected to complete tasks, homework, and communication practice on time to ensure steady progress.
Students must also maintain professional behaviour, respect fellow learners, and follow all class guidelines set by the institute. Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in restricted access to classes or disciplinary action.
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward trainers, staff members, and fellow learners at all times.
Any form of harassment, abusive language, misbehaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If such behaviour occurs, the institute reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action, including immediate termination of enrolment without any refund.
ZeeDee English Speaking & Soft Skills Training Centre reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Students will be informed of significant changes through their registered contact details.
By enrolling in any of our programs at ZeeDee English Speaking & Soft Skills Training Centre you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
